Since its establishment in 1952, Best Rental Service has been your trusted partner for event and party rentals in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties. Today, we are excited to share some important news and offer you a sneak peek into what the future holds.

Recent years brought some tough challenges. Like many others, Best Rental Service was hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic, and then the April 2023 unprecedented flooding led to significant damages, including a catastrophic roof collapse that destroyed much of their equipment. As a result, on February 19, 2024, Best Rental Service officially ceased operations.

Embarking on a New Journey

Despite these setbacks, we are thrilled to announce the next chapter. Steven Crawford and Gary Van Horn, with their profound experience in event planning and years of dedication as patrons of Best Rental Service, have launched South Florida Event Rental. Our new venture is designed to continue fulfilling your event and party rental needs with even greater vigor and commitment.

We are excited to welcome you to our new location in Fort Lauderdale. Our modern warehouse and showroom are now situated at 1110 NE 8th Ave Unit 5, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304-2152, nestled in the convenient Lake Ridge area, just north of Sunrise Boulevard.
