At South Florida Event Rental, we are committed to providing high-quality service and ensuring a smooth rental experience. Please review our rental policies and terms before placing an order.

Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions

By renting equipment from South Florida Event Rental, you agree to the Rental Agreement and the following terms:

  • Rental Period: All rentals are for a specified period agreed upon at the time of booking. Late returns may be subject to additional fees.
  • Order Confirmation: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. Full payment is due 2 days prior to delivery or customer pick-up.
  • Delivery & Setup: Standard delivery includes drop-off and stacking of items in a mutually convenient location. Setup and breakdown services must be prearranged and are not included in standard delivery fees.
  • Customer Pick-Up: Customers are responsible for transporting equipment inside their vehicle—items may not be secured to the roof of any vehicle.
  • Changes to Orders: Any modifications to an order must be requested at least 3 days before the event and are subject to availability.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days (1 week) in advance to avoid penalties.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Orders canceled after loading or delivery will be charged a 50% restocking fee plus any applicable delivery fees.
  • Special-order items are non-refundable.
  • If a deposit was charged, a 5% processing fee applies to refunds.
  • The customer assumes full responsibility for all rental equipment from the time of delivery or pick-up until it is returned to our possession.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged items (including rain-damaged items) will be charged at full replacement cost.

Liability & Damage Clause

  • Damage Waiver Fee (Optional): Covers unintentional and accidental damage but does not cover lost, stolen, or grossly misused items. If damage exceeds the waiver amount, the customer will be billed for the difference.
  • Our insurance does not cover rental items while in your possession. Please take proper care to avoid unnecessary charges.
  • South Florida Event Rental is not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents related to the use of rented equipment.
